1We screen all of our rentals. This process is time consuming, but it ensures every rental on our site is legitimate and as described.
2Money is never paid directly from buyer to seller. All transactions are handled through Sturgis RV and Home Rentals, and this protects you from fraud. Once rally week is upon us, the rental price will be paid to the RV owner minus our commission rate. When the rally is over and the rental has passed inspection, the security deposit will be paid back to the renter.
3We take care of any issues. If there is a problem, we want to hear about it and we will make it right. You are able to go through us to get any problem resolved. That's why we're here.
